The nurse called ICE to start a midline on my husband and Neville came to the facility immediately and started a line. My husband said that he didn't even feel a thing when the nurse inserted the line. During my conversation with Neville I found him to be so knowledge and professional. I am very pleased about how ICE attended to my husbands needs.
